Q: How do I know the length of track I need for my opening?
A: The track length should be twice of your door or opening. For example, if you have one door that is 4FT wide. You will need 2 x 4FT = 8FT long track. Or if you have a opening that is 5FT wide, you will need the 10FT long track.
Q: When do you need a headboard?
a. If the studs don’t line up with the pre-drilled holes in the rail.
b. If there is a doorway trim.
Q: How much space do I need above the doorway?
A: You will need a minimum of 7.5″ from the top of your door to the ceiling (or crown molding, if any) for this kit to fit correctly.
